SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, we ship orders out from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking your order: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates: are calculated at checkout. The rate depends on the weight of your order and the location in which it is being delivered.
Expedited order: processing time still remains 1-3 business days however you will be able to select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Digital Downloads: Payment confirms your purchase. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails.
If you don't see the download notification email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your social and promotion stabs.
If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as our products are personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Neither do we accept returns of gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
